How do I get started?
Get started with us by filling out the contact form with all of your details, and we will contact you to schedule a 15 Minute Discovery Call.
How long does it take to see results?
Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others.
What makes GC Healthy Living different from other programs?
Our program is integrated within primary care, supervised by medical providers, and grounded in evidence-based lifestyle medicine, allowing patients to receive education and support that aligns with their medical care.
How often do you recommend attending training sessions?
We recommend meeting at least once per week in person with a GC Healthy Living coach. Outside of your in-person session(s), our goal is for you to build toward five days of movement per week, whether that's with us, at home, or elsewhere. Your coach will provide personalized guidance to support safe, sustainable activity between sessions.
Who is GC Healthy Living for?
GC Healthy Living is for adults of all fitness levels and health backgrounds, including those managing conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, or weight-related concerns, as well as individuals focused on prevention and overall wellness.
Do I have to be fit to join?
No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
What payment methods do you accept?
We take all major credit cards and debit cards.
What kind of exercises can I expect during a workout?
Workouts combine strength, functional movement, and cardiovascular training to improve overall fitness and daily function. Sessions may include movements such as squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, core work, and short bouts of conditioning. All exercises are fully coached and adjusted to your fitness level, with options to scale intensity, range of motion, and pace. Workouts are designed to be challenging but safe, with a focus on long-term health and confidence.
Do I have to stop eating my favorite foods to be healthy?
No! A healthy lifestyle has to be manageable and realistic for the long term. Do enjoy special indulgences and meals! The healthier you are, the healthier you tend to want to eat. You get hooked on feeling good, and junk food just isn’t worth it. By avoiding excessive amounts of refined carbohydrates and measuring your intake of protein, carbohydrates, and fat, you will see dramatic, measurable increases in health.
